Identified - The issue has been identified. We are working to rebuild the printing server and reinstall the service to restore printing. We will work through this as quickly as possible. One this has been completed we will send instructions on how to reinstall the printers so that they begin working regularly again.

Update - Good Morning,
IT Services is still working on issue with print system. We are working to identify and resolve issue where mobility print is not populating for Faculty and staff. We will keep you updated as we work to resolve the issue.

Investigating - IT Services will be working on the printing system this afternoon. The ability to print, copy and scan will be sporadic throughout the afternoon as we look into resolving this issue.

Investigating - IT Services has started the transition to the new SCASD Phone System. We are aware of a current issue with outbound calling on the old system. We are working with our support vendor to get transitioned to the new system. Once that is complete our team will be visiting each building and getting 1 primary phone installed and functioning for internal and external calling.

We will then replace all other phones in the buildings. Finally, we will circle back to offices and administrators to train them on the new system and handle any special needs like multiple phones ringing, line supervisions, etc. once all other buildings and phones are stable.
